Through its different events and initiatives, LU-CIX aims to promote Luxembourg as the European ICT Hub.
Luxembourg Internet Days
As well as providing the technical infrastructure LU-CIX also makes a major contribution to the Luxembourg internet community through its leading industry event, Luxembourg Internet Days. It takes place in November every year and attracts over a thousand industry experts and decision makers from around the globe through an exhibition and conference with plenary sessions, workshops and presentations from some of the leading lights of the industry and government as well as offering high quality networking opportunities and a space for startup organizations in the sector.

Alongside those missions, LU-CIX also promotes the data centre sector and related industry in Luxembourg through its digital platform datacenters-in-europe.com. On this website, you will find all the data centres, colocation and connectivity service providers, located in Luxembourg.
As a part of its neutral, open remit LU-CIX also runs the datacenters-in-europe.com website which provides a shared communication platform for all the players in the Luxembourg data centre and Internet arena and promotes not only Luxembourg as a smart place to base a data centre but also new business opportunities for its subscribers and technical blogs and forums contributed by the members themselves as well as LU-CIX staff.

LUNOG (LUxembourg Network Operator Group)
The Network Operator Group of Luxembourg was officially launch in 2018 and is supported and managed by LU-CIX ASBL, Conostix S.A., Fondation RESTENA, LuxNetwork S.A. and security made in Lëtzebuerg G.I.E. Through a mailing list and events, LUNOG gathers IT professionals willing to share information and ideas about network operations, engineering and security in Luxembourg. The aim of LUNOG is to improve the quality and agility of network operations in Luxembourg and Greater Region by fostering the free exchange of technical ideas and information between people with diverse backgrounds but a common interest in networking.
Other community events
By reaching more than 4.000 people through email and thousands more through social media, LU-CIX gathers and federates industry actors with numerous events such as after works evenings, RIPE trainings, Euro-IX Forum and more.
Chamber of Commerce of Luxembourg
